My group took the South cruise past Split Rock Lighthouse. It was excellent! The guides showed us important locations along the way and told us stories about some of the beautiful lakeshore homes. We saw locations of historic shipwrecks. Under the bluff of Split Rock we saw where supplies were pulled up to the lighthouse. Before there were roads to the lighthouse all supplies were brought by boat. They also moved away from the shore to allow photographers to take great photos of the Split Rock Lighthouse on the bluff. The Captain and crew were friendly and willing to talk to everyone on the boat and answer questions. My group had a great time. We enjoyed this cruise.
